Nick, you have mentioned that you often get asked questions like "How soon can I be rich?", or "How soon will I be able to quit my day job?"

You have been honest in stressing that forex trading is not a get-rich-quick scheme, that it will take time to get proficient and dependably successful. My question is- how much time?

Obviously the answer will be different for different people, but is there a point at which you'd say "If you're not averaging (X) pips per week after (X) months of trying, you need to do something else"?

You've told about how you busted two accounts before succeeding with the third account, so obviously persistence and perseverance are crucial... but what if someone has busted 3,4,5 or more accounts over a year's worth of trying?

I know there's lots of personal variables to this question, but in general what would you say?
